Return Policy

  • Requests for return or exchange must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original invoice date. Requests for exchanges or returns can be made by phone, email, fax or through our website.  In your request please provide:
    • Sales or invoice number associated with the order.
    • Product number of the item being returned or exchanged.
    • Quantity being returned or exchanged.
    • Reason for the return.
  • All returns must be in the original packaging, in saleable condition and none of the packaging shall have been written upon, taped or had permanent labels attached.
  • Food items, medical supplies, furniture, dated material, special orders and drop ship orders are non-returnable.
    • If A&W chooses to make exceptions to this policy, the customer may incur a restocking fee.
    • If freight, installation or design fees have been charged, issuing credit for those will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Shortage items must be submitted within seven (7) days of the order being placed.
  • In the event an incorrect product is sent, A&W must be notified within seven (7) days of the order being placed.
  • Credit will be issued to the customer once A&W receives credit from the vendor.
  • Items needing to be picked up for credit will be picked up from the customer when their next order is delivered.
  • If a product arrives damaged, ALL components of the item must be returned for credit or replacement.
  • If a product arrives missing parts, ALL available components of the item must be returned for credit or replacement.
